From Webinars to User Training Classes to Our iVantage^® National User Conference

At Spectrum, we believe training and education for every level user are key to success with any HR system. We provide HRIS user training classes, webinars and our iVantage National User Conference.

Our trainers are the same people our clients rely on when they call for support help. True iVantage HRIS experts, many of them have backgrounds in HR and approach client questions from that familiar perspective. You won’t find more knowledgeable, friendlier HR software trainers anywhere.

We feel clients should take user training during implementation so they’re ready to use their new HR system when it goes live. Most clients attend the classes at our Denver headquarters, but we also provide on-site training for clients with large groups to train or clients who would rather not travel.

Our user training classes give an in–depth view of all of iVantage’s functionality along with hands–on practice and guidance. Our free, client–only webinars offer great overviews of different iVantage functionality. Our iVantage National User Conference offers a host of informative sessions and opportunities to learn about our HRIS.
