Interface to Payroll and BackiVantage Link™, Spectrum’s payroll interface tool, makes it easy to export data from your HR software to your payroll provider. With the iVantage HRIS, you can also import payroll data back into your HR system. You have access to actual compensation data. Meanwhile, employees (through self–service) can access payroll accumulators like gross, net, 401k employee and employer contributions, actual hours worked and deductions. With this reverse interface, you can track and summarize payroll data by pay period, month–to–date, quarter–to–date and year–to–date. HR can plan and budget better, analyze actual costs against budgeted numbers, and fulfill employees’ requests for total compensation information. We’ve worked with over 75 benefit providers, and we continue to add HRIS interfaces to new carriers.
