The Epicor HCM can also accommodate your global organization by converting the U.S. dollar amount you enter for pay into local currency for viewing by your international employees. The system enables easy entry of the latest conversion rates to ensure correct conversion.

Personal Information

Epicor HCM enables you to easily track an unlimited number of addresses (primary, home country, previous, et cetera) and automatically set fields to reflect an employee's primary address including country postal format. You can track certifications obtained internationally and store multiple visas and passports, with issue and expiration dates, as well as national IDs.

Currency

With Epicor HCM's international features, you can track and administer all expatriate and international compensation, including splitting payments into multiple currencies. iVantage seamlessly converts and tracks currency so that compensation appears for users in the currency they wish, conversions are date-sensitive to reflect current rates of exchange and users can choose how often to update the exchange rates.

Language and Dates

The HCMS enables you to store employee data using any character set and translate self-service into any language. Users can also set their own defaults to display dates in their preferred format.
