Alerts are e–mail reminders for HR, managers and employees about events triggered by any field in your HR system. Because Epicor HCM automates and tracks alerts, they’re completely reliable. You can also require electronic signatures for record–keeping. Among other things, use alerts for—

• Notification of changed data (ie: an employee has changed their address)
• Performance review reminders
• Benefits eligibility
• Certifications and renewals
• Birthday and anniversary reminders
• Received or reviewed applicant information
